Best of 2019 | Weddings

A couple of days ago, I shared my best of 2019 portraits, and I couldn’t wait to go through all of last year’s weddings to do the same!! This post was so much fun for me to pull together, and something about seeing all these photos in one place has me incredibly excited to jump into my 2020 wedding season!!

It’s also fun to see all the 2019 trends together! Popular this year were definitely light blues and pinks for the girls, navy tuxes, drop-dead stunning flowers in every color, and all. the. long. veils!! Yes please!

I won’t ramble on any more today…. let’s get to the good stuff!!

There were SO many amazing bouquets this year, but Elizabeth’s takes the cake. I’ve never seen anything quite like it! Samantha Bates with Especially for You Florals in Ponchatoula worked some magic on it!

Always love shooting at St. Mary’s in New Roads!

This venue! All the heart eyes!

This cake!! Shelby at Baking on the Bayou does it again!

More amazing flowers!

Loved taking portraits with the Mississippi river bridge in the background!

This bridesmaid first look was the best!

One of my favorite bridal party images!! This was such a great group!

The sweetest daddy-daughter first look

Nottoway’s white ballroom… you can’t beat it for wedding day portraits!

Of course I had to sneak a picture of my mini and my sweet MIL in this post! One of my all time favorites because of the special people in it!

Grant’s reaction to Mallory walking down the aisle at St. George had us all tearing up. How sweet is this?!

LOVED Kali’s veil!!!

The prettiest outdoor reception for a perfectly intimate brunch wedding at Mount Hope in Baton Rouge!

Guys, the flowers….I wasn’t kidding about the flowers! So much beauty!

Brittany’s ring y’all!! Serious goals. I love the rose gold!
