These photos are very special to me because Rekeya & Mya were my first clients that were not a friend or coworker (or – who are we kidding – a friend of my mom) before their session. Every year for Mya’s birthday, Rekeya has their photos taken together. I absolutely love that, and I know they will both love having these images to look back on to see how they’ve grown together.

Not only was this session a big milestone for me, but it was tons of fun thanks to the huge personality of a sweet and sassy little three year old. I laughed for a solid hour during the session, then caught myself smiling constantly as I was editing. I absolutely love how these turned out and I’m so thankful that I got to meet these two beautiful ladies! And those matching outfits…aren’t they just perfection?
