I waited a LONG time for Mackenzie and John to tie the knot, and this wedding did not disappoint! Mackenzie reached out and booked me back in August of 2017! We chatted on the phone to discuss timeline details and I immediately knew she was just the sweetest thing! Mackenzie is a Labor and Delivery nurse – if you’ve ever had a baby, you know it takes a truly special person to be in that position and that is Mackenzie to a T! I finally got to meet her last summer for their engagement session in New Roads, but I’ve known John and his family since my 4-H days waaay back when. It was so much fun to see them all again at the wedding!!
We could not have asked for better weather last Friday! After what seemed like days on end of gloomy and rainy weather, the sun came out just before Mackenzie’s first look with her dad. It was perfect!!
