Wedding days like Kailyn and Trey’s are the biggest reminder of why I love my job so much. Witnessing, and being trusted to preserve, so many monumental & emotional moments on such a big occasion is a honor I never take lightly. Kailyn and Trey have been together almost exactly 10 years. Those years have made their relationship comfortable, but not in the least bit boring! I knew at their engagement session that they had something special going on…even after all this time they have so much fun together!

I knew their day would be just as joyful as them, but I wasn’t quite prepared for so many happy tears! From Kailyn’s first look with her bridesmaids, all the way to the last dance, it was obvious just how happy these two and their loved ones were last Saturday. And that’s what weddings are – and should be – all about – embracing all the happy emotions and living fully present in the day!
